چکیده
Abstract Study question To evaluate the efficacy of Hyaluronan Enriched Media (HEM) to optimize Reproductive Outcomes in women with Recurrent Implantation Failures (RIF)? Summary answer In RIF, HEM seems offer beneficial and safer reproductive outcomes. What is known already has shown enhance implantation process an embryo in-utero. Efficacy outcomes still not proven. design, size, duration This retrospective study comprises data 430 two failed IVF cycles or had RIF undergoing infertility treatment between 2016 2021. group included Young (<37yrs) who opted elective-single blastocyst transfer (eSET) (n = 228). Control young eSET without use 202). Only self-gamete No PGT-A screening were this study. Women uterine pathologies excluded from Participants/materials, setting, methods All ICSI - freeze all culture strategy. a FET, showing 100% survival post warming was considered transfer. group, embryos incubated pre-equilibrated for 10minutes before intended control transferred single step media. ET procedure done as per clinic’s SOP. measured: Clinical Pregnancy Rates (CPR), rates (IR), Miscarriage Rates(MR), Live Birth rates(LBR) Neonatal Main results role chance Following measured Vs group: CPR- 66.22% 61.38% (p 0.2938) IR – 49.56% 31.68% 0.0002; Significant) MR 11.4% 16.33% 0.1359) LBR 54.82% 45.05% 0.0418; There no significant adverse events neonatal groups looked comparable. Use at seemed be intervention. It showed improvement live birth. Data also Since reported outcomes, it only aids improving but safe intervention can routine clinical indicated cases. Limitations, reasons caution Retrospective small unequal sample size. Wider implications findings various therapies unknown RIF. ERA (invasive therapies) have been tried such cases, its effectiveness up question. Development newer & improve birth these patients awaited. Trial registration number Not applicable
